Requiesce in Pace - DJ Remi....
Our condolances - DJ Remi has passed away...
Remi Kooij, the first Dutch, and according to many the best Dutch - tango-dj has passed away on Saturday, Februari 9 2008 in his sleep.
He was 61 years of age.
During his last days he could not communicate and received large quantities of morfine. He hoped to be able to fight cancer - or at least fight it from spreading, but alas.
